Linda S. Nowak, LMT
Linda is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in the treatment of myofascial and orthopedic patients and has spent the past 12 years as the staff massage therapist for the Helping Hands Chiropractic Center.

Linda graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 1994 and she has studied cranoiosacral therapy techniques with the Upledger Institute and the Milne Institute. She has also studied neuromuscular therapy (NMT), positional release techniques, Reiki, chiropractic rehabilitation protocols and carpal tunnel syndromes. She is certified in the use of ultrasound and electrical stimulation equipment.

Linda combines her intuitive skills with considerable experience in clinical and chiropractic settings in the treatment of her patients. She has come to understand that the healing process involves an integration of a skilled, experienced therapist with receptive patients who are committed to their own self-care. Successful treatment involves patience on the part of both the therapist and the patient and Linda focuses on developing her patient’s awareness and sense of process. Thanks to her intention and many years of experience, she has developed the ability to direct specific healing, function, and energy to the body.
